Shani Crawford

Shani has been working in the insurance industry for over 23 years. Beginning her career working for an insurance carrier then eventually moving to the agency side, all while gaining firsthand experience with underwriting, marketing and sales has been invaluable to her success. Helping to problem solve and share her knowledge with clients is the most rewarding aspect of what she does. She says, “A positive customer experience is the bottom line!” Although she maintains her P&C license, her emphasis is in commercial lines.

Shani enjoys her free time with family, her fur babies (5 cats and 1 dog) and friends. Although she appreciates the beach and ocean, she especially enjoys the warmer months gardening and being in the great outdoors. Being married to a musician, music is the highlight of her life and for her, there is nothing like authentic acoustics while sitting around a bonfire. Shani also spends time at gigs where her husband Roy performs and attends events for her 3 beautiful grandchildren: Christopher (14, basketball), Chloe (7, dance/music/performing arts) and Lea (2 ½, will be playing football as a girl!).
