As owner of the Andrews Agency, Rich Andrews has twelve
years experience in advising people in nearly every area of

life insurance or property and liability, Rich has the

choices. More importantly, as the owner of the agency,
Rich views the protection and satisfaction of his clients as not

Rich lives on a small farm in McLean where he pursues his
interest in draft horses and keeps twenty other farm animals as
pets, with the help of his hound dogs. With whatever time
is left, he enjoys riding his motorcycle.
Ann Dickerson, Office Manager
Ann has been with the Andrews Agency since the very
beginning and truly considers every client her own. She
started in the industry in 1976 and brings a tremendous amount
of experience and compassion to her work. She has been a
licensed insurance agent for over 24 years and carries the
associate underwriting and associate customer service
designations. Her ability and willingness to solve client
problems and provide cost-saving insurance advice is one of the

Ann lives in Dryden with her husband Cliff. She enjoys
reading, music and spoiling her grandchildren.
Angela Pierce, Customer Service
Specialist
Angie started with the Andrews Agency in May of 2002 and has
immediately become an integral part of the team. She
specializes in personal lines production and customer service as
well as claims handling procedures. She has three years of
insurance experience, and was previously licensed in accident
and health, and recently obtained her property and casualty
